Carers Outreach Service
Providing advice and support to carers in Carmarthenshire
Do you look after someone?
Carers look after relatives, friends or neighbours on a regular basis who could not manage without that help. The support they provide is unpaid.
The Outreach Service can provide practical & emotional support to help you manage your caring role and work towards improved wellbeing. We can visit you at home and provide flexible, time limited support to meet your needs.

Are you feeling overwhelmed?
We can help with:
- Identifying and signposting to specialist support services
- Advice on Carers Rights
- ‘Navigating the system’ and access to Carers Needs Assessments
- Applications for Carers Grants or benevolent funds
- Respite breaks
We are open Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-4:30pm
